Leasing Services Timeline
1. Execute Listing Agreement
Once our listing agreement has been executed, we being our leasing services.
2. Evaluation & Prepare
Compile comparable properties currently on the market (competition) to assess the current rental market value of your property. Expert advice on how to ready a home for the rental.
Coordinate professional photography/video services to showcase your property & draft marketing.
Post across numerous marketing platforms to greater enhance reaching prospective tenants.
Coordinate private showings and/or open houses*.
Relay intersted parties.
6. Process Prospective Tenants
Process apps from our online portal, which includes a credit report, nation-wide background & eviction reports; send to you for review/consideration.
7. Approval & Due Diligence
Your approval is subject to our due diligence (i.e. verify employment & income and contact landlords for references). Collect Good Faith Deposit (1/2 a month’s rent.
8. Draft Lease
Draft a lease agreement and addendums for your review. Once you approve the lease, we will send it to the prospective tenants for their review.
Send lease through DocuSign for electron signatures. Collect balance of funds. Transfer your proceeds less commission. Provide accounting & Owner’s Packet. Provide keys & Tenant Packet.
